Our BEST Selling Cabin Kits
Our prefab cabins make a perfect addition to any backyard or vacation property. You can have a cabin with bedrooms and a porch, or just one large room to accommodate whatever needs you have for extra space.
Each kit includes everything you need – floorboards, cut to size logs, hardware, and detailed instructions on how to assemble your cabin. Choose whether you want to construct your cabin yourself or hire a local handyman or contractor to build it for you. Our cabins are like perfect tiny houses and are ideal for any space demands you and your family may have.
For small and mid-size cabins, we recommend that you insulate the floor and roof. The Buyer’s Guide on our website includes all the information needed for this step. For larger cabins, we also offer factory-made insulation kits. Whichever one you choose, we guarantee it’s easy to install and will make your cabin comfortable and warm.
In all cases, a concrete raft foundation is ideal. However, any solid foundation which spreads the construction load over a wide area is suitable.
It is not difficult, but some building knowledge and experience will help. To make the assembly easier for you, we provide an easy-to-follow and simple installation manual.
You will need work gloves, safety glasses, a level, a tape measure, a hammer, a rubber mallet, a screwdriver, pliers, and a stepladder. A cordless drill will save assembly time.
It shouldn’t take more than two to four days, but the assembly times vary depending on a model and on the kind of foundation used. Most of our cabins can be assembled by one person, but we recommend two people for easier assembly.
We want to be sure your purchase fits your needs, but please be aware that it is your responsibility to determine whether or not you will need a building permit, and to determine what the requirements are to meet local building codes or other rules that apply in your locality.
You can contact your local building code authorities for such information. Laws, ordinances, regulations, restrictions, covenants, and other codes or rules that apply to sheds, storage buildings or other outdoor structures in which you may be interested in vary from state to state and from locality to locality.
These codes or rules are also subject to change. Please confirm that the merchandise will meet the local building codes and regulations PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

Our cabin kits’ logs are cut at the factory and come ready to be assembled. However, you can make some minor adjustments or customization if you wish. You can add more windows, for example.
Our company also offers custom-designed cabin kits! You need to send us your cabin plans and the square feet required, and we will have the factory provide you with drawings of the design you like.
Most of our cabins have double-pane glass windows, but it depends on which kit you purchase. Smaller cabins have single-pane windows, while larger cabins and log homes have double pane. Most cabin windows open, but please check all kit details – everything from the square feet of room to the floor plans and window style and design to ensure you’re getting what you truly want and need.
Please contact us anytime if you have any questions or need cabin plans for your permit processing. We give you the exact square feet of space you need, and you build it and decorate it to your specific tastes.
