All our products are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse personally to assure complete curbside delivery without any damage. However, you should note any special requests about delivery at the time of your order.

Yes, we ship to all lower 48 states in the U.S. as well as Canada. When ready to place an order, we will re-package, secure the whole kit, and ship it to you via LTL (Less Than Truckload) trucking company.
Our cabin kits’ logs are cut at the factory and come ready to be assembled. However, you can make some minor adjustments or customization if you wish. You can add more windows, for example.
Our company also offers custom-designed cabin kits! You need to send us your cabin plans and the square feet required, and we will have the factory provide you with drawings of the design you like.
Most of our cabins have double-pane glass windows, depending on which kit you purchase. Smaller cabins have single-pane windows, while larger cabins have double panes. Most cabin windows open, but please check all kit details – everything from the square feet of room to the floor plans and window style and design to ensure you’re getting what you truly want and need.

No, but we strongly recommend it if you intend to use your cabin all year-round or live in a colder climate. We recommend insulating the floor and roof for small and mid-size cabins.
For larger cabins, we also offer factory-made insulation kits. Whichever one you choose, we guarantee it’s easy to install and will make your cabin comfortable and warm.

We offer a 5-year warranty on all our products. This covers any manufacturing defects in the materials we use. However, it does not cover any damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Cabins must be assembled according to our instructions to be eligible for the warranty.
