Shipping Details:
We’re thrilled to offer FREE shipping to most US locations. However, please note that exceptions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and some remote US areas. These cases are managed individually. Deliveries are conducted as CURBSIDE delivery.
All in stock items ship from our Garfield, NJ warehouse within 1-2 weeks. Backorder items normally ship about 30-90 days.
Returns Policy:
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the item within 30 days, ensuring it’s in its original packaging. The 30-day period begins from the delivery date.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned kit, we will process the appropriate credit. Do keep in mind that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. For cases where free shipping was provided initially, both the delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items without a valid Return Authorization Number and assembled items cannot be returned. An additional 20% fee will be charged for returns involving items not in their original packaging. Any costs related to missing or damaged parts will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty Information:
Rest easy knowing that our sauna and cabin structures are backed by a 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Sauna heaters and accessories carry a 1-year manufacturer-limited warranty.
