All our outdoor saunas are manufactured in Estonia and shipped directly from our US warehouse. The collection ranges from compact 2-4 person saunas to 4-6 person saunas, up to 12-person saunas, featuring traditional cabin saunas, various barrel designs, and the award-winning cube.
Customize your kit directly on the product page with window configurations and your choice of wood-fired or electric heaters. For highly specific requirements, we also design and build fully custom saunas tailored to your exact specifications. As authorized and trained dealers for trusted brands like Leil, HUUM, and Harvia, we ensure you receive expert support and the best possible service.
Every outdoor sauna kit features pre-cut materials engineered for straightforward DIY assembly. If you prefer a hands-off approach, professional assembly services are also available.
Electric heaters offer everyday convenience and precise temperature control. They heat up quickly at the turn of a dial and require almost zero maintenance, though they must be hardwired by an electrician.
Wood-burning heaters provide a traditional experience with the deep heat, sound of crackling wood, and scent of a real fire. They are perfect for off-grid setups since they require no electricity. However, they demand more maintenance, require a chimney installation, and may need a local permit. You must also factor in the time to source firewood, build the fire, and clean the ash.
Size your sauna based on comfort, not maximum capacity. Use these basic measurements to plan your space:
Lying down: Benches should be at least 72″ long.
Sitting: Allow 22″–24″ of bench space per person.
Safety: Always leave enough floor space and required safety clearance around the heater.
Example: A 72″ room safely fits one person lying down, or four people seated (two on each opposite wall).
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. We guarantee the curbside delivery of your sauna kit with no damage. If you have any special requests, or you wish to pick it up yourself, just let us know when you place your order.Â
Outdoor saunas can be set on a concrete slab, gravel, concrete blocks, or a wooden terrace. There should also be adequate drainage to prevent water pooling around the base.
Support legs
When choosing a barrel sauna: the more legs, the better; they distribute the barrel’s weight more evenly and take the stress from the floor logs. In addition, support legs keep the structure straight and level.
It should take about one to four days to be assembled by two people. During the installation process, we can always assist you via phone, email, or Skype if you have any questions or difficulties.
If you do not feel comfortable assembling the sauna kit yourself, our trained and experienced installation crew is more than happy to install the kit for you. As part of our installation services, we offer to return after six months once the structure has settled into the new environment to ensure it is level and all the doors and windows are in good working condition.

It depends on your local municipality. While the sauna itself is often classified as a temporary structure or a shed (which may bypass structural permits if under a certain square footage), you will almost always need an electrical permit for the 240V circuit.
Wood-burning saunas may require a fire permit. Always check with your local code enforcement and your Homeowners Association (HOA) before buying.
Absolutely. Our saunas are built to withstand almost any weather and designed for year-round use. However, an annual exterior treatment is recommended to ensure long-lasting durability.
We offer a 3-year warranty on our sauna kits. This covers any manufacturing defects in the materials we use. However, it does not cover any damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Saunas must be assembled according to our instructions to be eligible for the warranty.
